Resolve Software Group (Resolve) announces that its newest Dynamic Case Management (DCM) platform, Resolve CloudBase, is now integrated with RealMe.
Widely used across New Zealand Government agencies, the RealMe verification service allows customers to access multiple online services across agencies with a single username and password. Integration with this service was a critical move for Resolve to ensure CloudBase continues to meet the needs of the New Zealand Government market.
CloudBase is an innovative, patented, cloud-native, platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solution for DCM. It is a quality solution combining all input (physical, electronic, audio, video) with collaboration (peers, customers, regulatory, experts) and technology (office, ECM, CRM, BPM, transactional) into milestone, business rule and metadata-driven tasks. Proving to be a strong growth market for the organisation, Resolve has rolled out a number of successful installations of CloudBase across New Zealand over the past 10 months.
Designed to protect privacy and security, and provide better public services to all New Zealanders, RealMe is officially backed by the government as the secure way for individuals to prove their identity online. RealMe provides users with a unique code via text message to their mobile phone every time their RealMe identity is used, and this code is required to be entered as part of the login process. Government agencies using CloudBase to manage their DCM needs will now be able to login to CloudBase via RealMe.
The integration was achieved using SAML 2.0, which supports exchanging metadata files for enabling integration between a Client (acting as a Service Provider) and the Identity Provider. The RealMe login service (as the Identity Provider), uses SAML 2.0 metadata files for the majority of the configuration details required to enable integration for all environments.
