ActiveImage, disk imaging backup, system disaster recovery and virtualisation software solutions vendor, today announced two new appointments that take the experience of their initial four executives in ANZ to 100-plus years.
New faces are Sales Manager Dean Schroder, formerly with Arcserve, StorageCraft and Acronis; and Technical Business Development Manager NZ, Dean Fletcher, previously with StorageCraft.
They join Asia-Pacific Vice President Richard Giddey and Sergey Zimin, who heads Technical Sales.
“The two Deans give us a combined 100-plus years’ experience in data storage,” said Giddey. “Our advanced technology has already given us a great start here, and the pace is accelerating.”
Schroder said: “After working in various sales roles for 30 years, the opportunity to help build a new business from effectively zero, and join people of great talent and integrity, made ActiveImage very attractive to me.”
Fletcher said: “ActiveImage is a vendor whose solution delivers on its promise, and I am excited to be joining the team.
It will be rewarding to solve the operational challenges facing organisations with small backup windows, fast recovery, low data loss and seamless migration to and between Hyper-V & ESX.”
