aheadWorks releases Magento 2 follow up email 2.0: new opportunities for customer engagement

Just recently, the Aheadworks team has released the new version of the Follow Up Email extension for Magento 2. Follow Up Email 2.0 is designed to help businesses to reach remote customers and maintain long-term relations with them by sending precisely targeted follow-up emails.

Campaign-based Management

Campaigns is a new backend structure entity for the automated email administration. Email campaigns can be managed at three levels: campaigns, events, and emails.

Store owners can organize emails closely according to their strategic or short-term business goals and manage campaign events (cart abandonment, change in order status, registration, etc.).

The new backend user interface allows store owners to easily create, edit, delete, and duplicate email campaigns as well as determine the period of their duration (by setting start and end dates), pause and resume them in just one click.

Manageable Experiments

The new A/B testing mode enables businesses to experiment with the content of emails to find the most effective approach to customers. A/B tests can be easily configured for various events.

The A/B Testing Mode has a convenient structure allowing Magento admins to configure both the variations successfully. The Email Statistics panel allows store owners to evaluate the efficiency of each version of emails.If needed, the statistics related to a particular email can be reset .

Measurable Efficiency With Detailed Statistics

Follow Up Email 2.0 provides detailed statistics on all levels of an email campaign that represents how effectively it performs. The data provided enables store owners to timely correct each step of their campaigns.

All the key numbers of campaign performance are listed in the Statistics block in the Campaigns section.

Sales-based Follow-ups

The new Customer Conditions were added to the Edit Event page. The Not Logged In option allows businesses to send emails to guest customers, and the Lifetime Sales option enables them to segment customers into groups depending on the total value of purchases made.
