BUZ Retail produces on-the-spot quotes using touch screen tablets and laptops but as well manages the sales representative’s diary in a specialised diary system. This feeds into a Sales Rep performance monitoring system and a Marketing module that provides marketing with feedback on advertising performance. Installation Scheduling again uses a specialised diary system designed to handle high volume of appointments. The system also produces invoices, commission statements and installer statements.
BUZ Manufacturing can receive orders, using its Web Ordering module. Customers can enter their own orders or electronic file exchange system to system and have immediate feedback as to availability and delivery time. We have a proven track record managing production capacity and using bar-coding to update the progress of orders through production, into despatch and even back for reworks.
