Founded in 1995 to address software developers’ needs to solve problems in a structured way. Our mission has remained the same, to deliver great software solutions that address needs often overlooked by other providers. Our beginnings were in bug and defect tracking and related incident management for developers. Our initial product, Visual Intercept, spun off a suite of bug tracking, defect management, and similar solutions. Over the years, we refined our presence in the market by introducing our IssueNet product line. IssueNet provides an object-oriented toolset that organizations can use to create their own custom issue management and tracking solutions. Ultimately, IssueNet has allowed our customers to implement a single enterprise-level tool that can be scaled across different areas of their company. Issuenet spans across the traditional help desk and IT, to human resources, manufacturing, facilities management, project management, and more.
In addition to our issue management and tracking business we also provide a self-hosted remote support, access, and meeting tool, ScreenConnect. ScreenConnect is unique to the industry in that it’s a one-time purchase option, which means no monthly fees like those of competeing Saas-based solutions. ScreenConnect offers a wide range of features, as well as, branding and customization options that are unparalleled.
