It's a big promise and it will be interesting to see if the company making it can deliver. UK based contact centre research organisation, Call Center IQ—which claims to be "the most significant community, resource hub and advisory for call centre and customer experience professionals"—is promising that its forthcoming Executive Report on Contact Center Performance Operations will "ultimately answer a pivotal question: what does it take to develop a successful contact centre?"

iQor, a global provider of customer contact and product support services, announced that it is adding an additional 65,000 sq. ft. to its Dasmariñas, Philippines contact center. The third floor expansion will triple the call center’s size since its initial opening in October 2013. The expanded facility will span 195,000 sq. ft. and is expected to employ 5,000 by the end of 2015.
