ThinkTel Communications, the Lync & Skype voice provider of choice for Canadians, has announced its entry into the Contact Centre Solutions market with a product that is native to Skype for Business, and is flexible in the functionality that gets deployed.
A Certified Partner of Clarity Connect, a US-based software development firm, ThinkTel launched the first Microsoft Lync-native Contact Centre Solution in the Canadian market. Enterprise companies, regardless of size, can now experience a fully integrated contact centre solution, featuring advanced call routing, call recording, reporting and analytics, IVR, web chat, call-back, and a host of additional services.
“This solution really complements our existing product portfolio. The contact centre functionality is embedded in existing Lync and Skype environments, so the experience is very familiar and highly functional,” says ThinkTel President, Dave Damer.
ThinkTel, a Microsoft Gold Communications Partner in the Canadian market, was the first service provider, independently certified, to meet Microsoft’s requirements for SIP trunking, and is also one of the first providers to fully integrate advanced voice functionality with the Lync product in both hosted and on-premise environments.
“For our Clarity Connect Partner Program, we always seek out the best-in-class solutions providers in the Microsoft Partner Communities, and in Canada, we found that in ThinkTel,” comments Craig Reishus, Director of Business Development at Clarity. “The ThinkTel team’s expertise with Microsoft Lync, and their Cloud Solutions allow us to have the highest level of confidence in their ability to deploy the Clarity Connect solution, and provide enterprise customers with tremendous quality of service.”
