With the A-series, it is all about having the stylish metal body with a decent setup, E-series would fall into the entry-level, J-series is its mid-range offerings, while the S-series is Samsung’s most popular lineup having sold millions and millions of units each year.

As for the C-series, it was a newly launched lineup just last year, making the Galaxy C7 2017 its second variant. Here’s to last year’s Galaxy C7:

As you can see, there has been a lot of changes going on with the upcoming Galaxy C7 2017, some improvements, some remained the same, while some take a slight backseat.

Starting off with the screen, Galaxy C7 2017 will now be sporting a slightly smaller 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED screen instead. Not sure what caused this reduction in screen size, but there will be those who feel disappointed with the decision by the South Korean on this matter.

We can safely say that the Galaxy C7 2017 will be more powerful with a faster processor running the show. But as to whether a Snapdragon or Mediatek chipset is yet to be seen.

The best part about this smartphone will be on its camera aspect. The latest Galaxy C7 2017 will be equipped with a dual 13MP+5MP primary camera with all the features that you come to expect of it. Even the 16MP selfie camera is a huge upgrade in itself so that you can be sure of a great camera experience on this device.

Storage-wise, the same 32GB internal storage is set to be available again. To which you can also add 256GB via the expansion slot.

Featuring the latest Android Nougat 7.1 is good news, but will the Galaxy C7 2017 get an update to the upcoming Android Oreo 8.0? No one can tell at this moment.

One last thing that you should know about the Galaxy C7 2017 is that it will be having a slightly smaller battery – a 3000 mAh battery to be exact. Hopefully, it should last for a full day.

Samsung Galaxy C7 2017 is positioned in the medium-upper range, packed with goodies especially the dual 13MP+5MP primary camera and 16MP selfie camera which looks to be its biggest attraction of all. The only missing thing, for now, is on its price tag.

Samsung Galaxy C7 is expected to be released this month in September 2017. It is said to be available in Gold, Black and Pink colours.
