The first thing that you will notice is how big the iPhone X will be. It will be sporting a 5.8-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen, a first for iPhone. According to Apple’s website:

“Our vision has always been to create an iPhone that is entirely screen.

One so immersive the device itself disappears into the experience. And so intelligent it can respond to a tap and even a glance. With iPhone X, that vision is now a reality. Say hello to the future.”

With iPhone X, the device is the display. An all‑new 5.8‑inch Super Retina screen fills the hand and dazzles the eyes. The display employs new techniques and technology to precisely follow the curves of the design, all the way to the elegantly rounded corners. It will also be the first OLED screen that comes with accurate, stunning colours, true blacks, high brightness and a 1,000,000 to 1 contrast ratio. For biometric purposes, your face is now your password. Face ID is a secure new way to unlock the smartphone and other authentication purposes.

Performance-wise, iPhone X will now be featuring the brand-new A11 Bionic chipset. There will now be four efficiency cores that are up to 70 percent faster than A10 Fusion, and two performance cores that are up to 25 percent faster. It is the most powerful and smartest chip ever in a smartphone, with a neural engine that is capable of up to 600 billion operations per second. Then there’s the Apple GPU (three-core graphics) graphics and 3GB RAM complementing the entire package. It will also be a great chance for you to experience extraordinary augmented reality experiences in games and apps.

In terms of camera, the dual 12MP primary camera looks very tantalizing indeed. The improved camera features a larger and faster 12-megapixel sensor with a new color filter, deeper pixels as well as a new telephoto camera with OIS. Depth-sensing cameras and precise facial mapping create striking studio‑quality lighting effects, similar to more expensive DSLRs. There’s also the wide-angle and telephoto cameras on iPhone X that enables optical zoom, as well as digital zoom of up to 10x for photos and 6x for videos.

iPhone X will also be featuring the latest iOS 11 which happens to be Apple’s most advanced operating system yet. There’s a host of new features and capabilities that fundamentally improves the way you do things with the smartphone. The Files app then brings all your files together.

Last but not least, you will enjoy a trusted virtual assistant, by the name of Siri. With sophisticated features like proactive suggestions, predictive typing, and everybody’s favorite intelligent assistant, iOS makes everything you do easier, quicker, and more fun. Talking to Siri is an easier, faster way to get things done. And iOS makes Siri even more helpful. Thanks to advanced machine learning, you can simply speak naturally and will ultimately learn and understand.

Conclusion:

Apple iPhone X will only appeal to those have a deep enough pocket to burn as it costs close to $1,000 USD for the 64GB variant. But you will definitely enjoy every cent of your investment, as you will get the future in front of you. Just like any other iPhone releases, do expect it to be sold-out and be out-of-stock worldwide upon its release.

Apple iPhone X will be released on November 3rd with pre-orders starting by the end of October. It will be available for $999 USD for the 64GB model and $1,149 USD for the 256GB model. You get to choose either Space Gray or Silver color.
