Nokia 7 appeals for those who are looking for smaller screen smartphone with its 5.2-inch IPS screen but big on other features. Sporting an aluminum frame that will make heads turn, and also provides for excellent grip as well. Then there’s the protection of Gorilla Glass 3 and IP54 certification that makes it dust and splash resistant.

Under the hood of Nokia 7 is a mid-range segment with the available Snapdragon 630 chipset, fast octa-core, good graphics and an option of either 4GB or 6GB RAM.

Now let’s turn our attention to the camera side of things, where Nokia 7 provides for a high camera experience with its 16MP primary camera with Call Zeiss optics; and the 5MP selfie camera packed with features. Nokia calls it the “Dual-sight” technology, as it essentially lets users take pictures and videos using front and back cameras simultaneously, capturing “both sides of the story” or “Bothies”. We already have selfies and wefies, why not bothies right?

Moving on to the storage side of things, Nokia 7 is blessed with 64GB of internal storage. Thankfully there’s the expansion slot that you can easily add up to 256GB of additional space.

With a 3000 mAh battery supplying juice to Nokia 7, there shouldn’t be any issues to power up the smartphone for a full day of charge.

Finally, although it will be shipped with Android Nougat 7.1; Nokia has already promised to make an update to the latest Oreo 8.0 available very soon.
