Six months on, and the X6 seems to be improving on all fronts. Starting with the larger 5.8-inch IPS screen, there’s more pixel count on it with the 19:9 ratio that is being implemented. The result – more screen real estate and more things to look at that you might not have noticed before.

The exquisite metal body with front and rear glass make for a great look-and-feel smartphone.

Performance-wise, the X6 is highly capable in the mid-range segment of the market. There’s the Snapdragon 636 chipset, fast Kryo octa-core processor, good graphics and you can go for either 4GB or the 6GB RAM variant.

One of the highlights for the X6 is on its camera department, specifically its dual 16MP+5MP camera setup. It is fully loaded with features and functions, that you will have a blast snapping away with this camera smartphone. Then there’s also the 16MP selfie camera as well.

In terms of storage, with 32GB or 64GB might be the entry point these days. But with the available expansion slot on the X6, you can easily add up to a maximum of 256GB.

Moving on to the battery, the 3060 mAh battery found on the X6 should do just fine in powering up the smartphone for a full day in between charging.

The latest operating system in the form of Android Oreo 8.1 will then do the trick in boosting the smartphone further.

Conclusion:

Nokia X6 does so well to update itself to stay relevant in this fast-paced smartphone industry. In just six months, it did great by serving up a large 5.8-inch Full HD+ IPS screen with great looks, good performance, great dual 16MP+5MP primary camera, great 16MP selfie camera and a great price to boot.

Nokia X6 had just been released for 1,299 Chinese Yuan or ~ USD 200 for the 4GB RAM + 32GB internal storage variant and 1,699 Chinese Yuan or ~ USD 265 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage. There are three colors to choose from, Black, Blue and White.
