You can see that it is just nice for those looking at a decent mid-range smartphone while being on a budget.

Now let’s turn our attention to the Realme 3 Pro, shall we?

  • 6.3-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio or ~409 ppi density
  • Fullview display
  • Gorilla Glass 5
  • Fingerprint sensor
  • Qualcomm SDM710 Snapdragon 710 (10 nm) chipset, Octa-core (2x2.2 GHz Kryo 360 Gold & 6x1.7 GHz Kryo 360 Silver) processor, Adreno 616 graphics and 4GB/6GB RAM

  • Android Pie 9.0
  • Non-removable Li-Ion 4045 mAh battery with Fast battery charging (50% in 30 minutes)
  • Dual-sim and 4G LTE
  • May 2019 release date
  • 13,999 Indian Rupee or ~200 USD for 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage and 16,999 Indian Rupee or ~240 USD for 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage

As you can see, the Realme 3 Pro costs higher than its sibling, but has a lot of tricks under its sleeves. For starters, it now sports a slightly larger 6.3-inch IPS screen with Full HD+ resolution.

This feature alone brings great value to it. Inspired by Le-Mans speedway where speed became a legend, the unique S-curve pattern in a gradient finish creates a new iconic signature. Then there’s the Gorilla Glass 5 protection that it deserves, especially for those with butter fingers.

In terms of performance, the Realme 3 Pro boasts great mid-range performance with its Snapdragon 710 chipset paired with a fast Kryo octa-core processor, good graphics and either 4GB or 6GB RAM to round it all off. This means that it will have no problem running most apps and games that are available out there in the market.

Camera-wise, the 16MP+5MP dual primary camera is great that features Sony IMX519 flagship image sensor. The 25MP selfie camera is even more outstanding, as it is packed with everything you need to capture a great selfie.

As for storage, you can opt for 64GB or double the amount to 128GB of internal storage. Whichever way you go with, there’s the expansion slot that can easily add 256GB.

Last but not least, the 4045 mAh battery found on the Realme 3 Pro is more than capable of supplying enough juice to last it for a day or two. VOOC 5V/4A Flash Charge powers up the battery up to 50% in just 30 minutes. It is engineered to refuel devices up to double faster than conventional charging. The 3.0 version is upgraded with FFC algorithm for an even faster sprint to full battery, and the charging time decreases by 20%. With extraordinary ability to keep temperatures low, you can watch videos or play games while charging, without losing in speeds.

Conclusion:

Realme 3 Pro further improves on the Realme 3, and is now a serious contender in the mid-range segment of the market. Massive 6.3-inch Full HD+ IPS screen, great mid-range performance, great camera and a great battery to boot makes for an irresistible offer.

Realme 3 Pro is currently available for 13,999 Indian Rupee or ~200 USD for the 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage variant and 16,999 Indian Rupee or ~240 USD for the 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant. It comes in three beautiful colours: Carbon Gray, Nitro Blue and Lightning Purple.
