In 1964, the first true McLaren sports car rolled onto the track and into the history books. Conceived and built by a small team with big ideas, the McLaren back then bravely stood up against the giants of competitive racing. Then, an underdog. Now, a legend in the motorsports industry.

Therefore, we find ourselves with a rare breed altogether with the 7T Pro 5G McLaren. A bold partnership, driven by an unyielding passion for challenging the impossible. Every refined detail of the smartphone pays homage to a shared history of groundbreaking innovation, meticulous engineering, and world-class design.

Borrowing the supercar aesthetic of the limited-production McLaren Speedtail, resilient carbon fibre imparted a track-inspired appearance and ultra-premium feel. The phone is finished with a subtle accent line in McLaren’s hallmark papaya orange racing tint. Incorporating classic McLaren design elements, the precision-crafted signature protective case is accented in carbon fibre and Italian-made Alcantara®. It is the same plush fabric that adorns the sophisticated interiors of McLaren’s luxury sports cars.

The exterior is what makes it an instant classic. Great bodywork, great looks, great look and feel, a definite head-turner. Although the specs are very similar to the 7T Pro version, you get that exclusive looks, unlike any other smartphone.

Conclusion:

OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is the top-of-the-line flagship with a great camera, great sound system, great battery and positively great looks. All this packaged nicely for slightly under 1,000 USD.

OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is expected to be released on November 5th for a price tag of 859 Euro or ~955 USD. There’s only one colour option obviously, called the McLaren edition.
