etouches, a global cloud event management software provider, has launched a new product called Event ROI, which provides businesses with a live view of their event’s return on investment, utilising real-time event data.
The newest tool in etouches integrated solutions set is a first of its kind in the events sector, measuring and quantifying event ROI in real-time against the users predetermined goals. It integrates and analyses a broad range of event data and performance metrics against trends, benchmarks and best practices.
The visual dashboard displays this insight in context to the set goals, enabling businesses to optimise the event, measure its success, generate leads and create further value for customers.
Miranda Carter, APAC Marketing Manager at etouches, believes that with over 25 per cent of marketing budgets currently spent on business events, it’s now more important than ever for marketers to provide a true measurement of event performance.
“For too long, event organisers have relied on manual spreadsheets, disparate systems, qualitative data and guess-work to try and unravel the success of their events,” said Carter.
“With other marketing channels largely going digital and becoming highly measurable, Event ROI finally provides businesses with the data and actionable insights to better manage the success of their events,” she added.
etouches has an extensive portfolio of Australian clients including National Australia Bank, Xero, Vodafone, Austrade, Westpac, Facebook, Qantas, TEDxSydney and more. It worked closely with local brands to refine the tool’s feature set and performance.
“Early in our use of etouches Event ROI in Australia, we saw a positive impact on event team behaviour and performance by improving their visibility and focus on key metrics,” said Global Chief Digital Officer for Comexposium’s digital marketing events, Daniel Elder.
