It is reported that hackers accessed the internal network of Avast, likely aiming for a supply chain attack targeting the company's CCleaner. The company is still investigating this second breach but said that hackers weren't successful at pushing out a malicious CCleaner release days ago. Many of the users of Avast were getting another problem, as their Avast Behavior Shield keeps turning off. Avast noticed the error before and they fixed that in the past versions, the problem still existed, it should not necessarily considered as linked to this breach.
