CallStream adds advanced cloud-based inbound call services for businesses of any size
MyNetFone Group (ASX: MNF) today announced the relaunch of the recently acquired CallStream brand, a specialist provider of 13, 1300 and 1800 inbound number services, unveiling a fresh, sophisticated look and feel for the brand and new plans offering business customers better value and access to more advanced features.
CallStream’s cloud-based inbound call services are delivered ‘Over-The-Top’ (OTT) meaning they are carrier agnostic and do not require any additional fixed line or VoIP service additions. With plans starting at just $9.95 per month and included local minutes, CallStream is bringing inbound call services within reach of all businesses, regardless of size. In addition to free local minutes, most of CallStream’s plans also include calls up to the value of its monthly fee, which can be used towards either fixed or mobile call termination minutes, or a combination of both.
Available features include Hunt Group, Auto Attendant, Voicemail to Email, Fax to Email, Time of Day Routing and Geographic Routing, with more advanced features taking advantage of the MyNetFone Group’s extensive network and development capabilities. Inbound calls can be directed to any valid national PSTN or mobile phone number. CallStream’s service also supports New Zealand and international toll free numbers.
CallStream’s inbound services enable smaller businesses to appear larger and more professional. They also remove a potential barrier to customer contact by providing a single, consistent national phone number. This makes it easier for customers to remember and enables advertising and promotional materials to be standardised nationwide.
